We recently got an update from the team after a very long journey transporting two newly adopted Dingoes to their new home at the Billabong Sanctuary in North Queensland.
The majority of our rescue partners are 100% volunteer run and need every bit of help they can get. We have awarded a grant of $50,000 to Forever Friends Animal Rescue to a set up of a kennel facility to save more lives especially helping staffies and larger dog breeds who are often left behind.
We have awarded an $8,000 Buddy's Grant to Little Legs Dog & Cat Rescue to support their Retiree Program helping their most vulnerable animals who, due to severe health issues, advanced age, or challenging behaviours, are deemed unsuitable for rehoming.
We have awarded a $20,000 Buddy's Grant to Friends of the Pound Tweed Heads to continue to operate their community Desexing Program aimed at reducing pet overpopulation and improving animal welfare in the Tweed Heads Area.

We have awarded a $50,000 Buddy's Grant to Staffy and Bully Breed Rescue to help them purchase a new transport van to help save more lives from pounds and increase their operational capabilities.
